10 Reasons Not To Miss Pajama Jam

Break out the jammies and join Kansas City Mom Collective for an awesome night packed with family fun with your kids. Playing around and dancing the night away at Wonderscope in your jammies is a sure bet to build up some of those core memories!

10. No crowds

The Regnier Family Wonderscope Children’s Museum is one of the hottest destinations in town for family fun. Imagine being in the museum with a small and limited-sized group and having the time and space to spread out and have fun at all the attractions! 

9. Dinner is taken care of

The new Tanner’s Bar & Grill in Red Bridge Shopping Center will be serving up their famous Chicken Lips (not really lips) and sauces and our friends at Jimmy John’s will be handing out delicious sandwiches to all!

8. Photo booth fun

Stop by Sweet Tooth’s booth for photo booth fun and to meet the one and only, Tooth Fairy! Loose teeth are not required!

7.  Ice cream dessert

Is there anything better than being outside on a spring evening and digging into some delicious ice cream? Head out to the backyard and join Cookies and Creamery at their adorable ice cream cart for some sweet treats for the whole family!

6. Dancing the night away

Join 13-year-old DJ, DJ Miles on the back lawn and cut a rug as a family. Your kids may know how to floss, but you can teach them the Hammer Dance!

5. Help out KC Kids

Help make a difference in our community by bringing donations for Sleepyhead Beds, who provides gently used, donated beds and bedding and distributes them to Kansas City area children and families in need, free of charge. Please donate new or gently used items from this list:

4. Live music from kids for kids

You’ll be welcomed into Pajama Jam by a rockin’ house band from School of Rock-Blue Valley. Hear these awesome kids (just like yours) rock out to amazing tunes! Then stop by the School of Rock table check out instruments and see if your kiddos hold that rock star quality!

3. Fun and games

Is your kiddo ready to get inked? Don’t worry, they wash off! Stop by The Goddard School for their fun tattoo parlor and visit Goldfish Swim School for games and coloring fun!

2. Caffeine for mom and dad

Whether you’ll need a little pick-me-up to party the evening away or whether you’ll need a full jolt the next morning, The Roasterie has got you! Stop by their booth for coffee (decaf, too), cold brew and lemonade and they’ll be hooking you up with some goodies to toss into your coffeemaker the next morning the help wake you up after a night of fun with the family.

You can celebrate the night away as a family and because you’re already in your jammies you can crawl straight into your bed and dream about returning to Pajama Jam again in 2023!
