Back-to-School Meal Planning for Busy Families + $250 Fall in KC Giveaway

This post is sponsored by Pioneer.

I’m a planner so as the enrollments, extracurricular schedules, meeting requests and sign-up gensiues are rolling in, I am ready with the family calendar. With three big kids and a newborn just added to the mix, the schedules are overwhelming to say the least.

We always have prioritized eating dinner together as a family, no matter what’s going on but that’s a goal that’s getting harder and harder to accomplish every night. I have quickly started to dread the question “So.. what do you want to do for dinner?” I plan our meals and have tried to simplify with Friday night pizza, Tuesday night tacos, etc. I’ve also leaned into quick and easy recipes and with the help of Pioneer have found some great back-to-school ideas to add to our dinner rotation. They also provide ideas for meal prep to avoid that evening rush as well as what to do with your leftovers.

Pioneer has always been dedicated to speeding up things in the kitchen so families can enjoy more time together, especially during this season of back-to-school chaos. Their delicious line of gravy mixes is well known, but Pioneer also offers seasoning and baking mixes.

We tried the Smoky Country Bacon Egg Bites — great for a quick breakfast or even better, breakfast for dinner! It was just a few ingredients to add to the shopping list and just minutes to put together — that’s the kind of recipe I can get behind right now! Check out how I made it here.

I’m excited to add the Creamy White Chicken Enchiladas and Chicken Pot Pie to our meal calendar as the weather turns cooler.

If you’re looking for ways to reduce stress but still provide delicious (but easy) dinners for your family, check out Pioneer!
