How to Create a Fun Ice Cream Bar with Belfonte

This post is sponsored by Belfonte, a family-owned company, made in the heart of KC!

Summer is for ice cream! On this first official week of summer, it feels like the perfect time to break out the ice cream and fun toppings.

The KCMC team got together with our kids to sample some our favorite Belfonte, made locally in the heart of Kansas City. We love everything about this family owned company! The favorites of the day were definitely Green Mint Cookie for the kids and Coffee for the adults (seriously, we’ll take a pick-me-up in any form).

Mom Tips

  • Dip your ice cream scoop in warm water before serving for easy scooping.
  • Pre-scoop ice cream balls and put on a cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in the freezer until ready to serve!
  • Put plastic throw away table covers on your serving area for suer easy clean up. Nobody has time for sticky messes!
