Ringing in 2019 with the Whole Family

Kansas City Moms Blog rang in 2019 with Kansas City families at our annual Noon Year’s Eve Party at Pinstripes, at Prairiefire.

Little party-goers turned into super heroes thanks to our co-title sponsor Overland Park Regional Medical Center. At co-title sponsor CareNow Urgent Care‘s booth, competing in a kid friendly fitness challenge earned fun prizes!

Guest spent their morning playing games like Plinko with Commerce Bank, diving in the Kiddie Pool prize pond with Goldfish Swim School and the annual tradition of the Grand Prize Game with Threshing Bee and Prairiefire merchants.

We posed for selfies, wrote down our dreams for 2019 on the Wish Wall, tried our hand at Chinese calligraphy, discovered the mystery of ancient animals, made ninja headbands and jingle bracelets and got the cutest balloon art creations.

DJ Joe kept our feet dancing and how could we forget the surprise visit by Mac from the KC Mavericks hockey team!

Pinstripes caters to families all year round including awesome birthday parties, but bowling was an especially popular way to ring in the new year with both our youngest and oldest guests.

And we brought in the new year in the tastiest way possible with a milk and cookie toast and balloon drop courtesy of Decadent and Shatto Milk!

We hope to see you again next year on Dec. 31, 2019!

She has her master’s in urban administration and is passionate about making Kansas City a more equitable and supportive community.
