Nelson Atkins Golf Course
This course is an interactive art experience! Not only is the view from the lawn one of the most iconic places in Kansas City, but you are only steps away from the are museum! This 9-hole course has tee times available every 10 minutes and if golf doesn’t go well there is an entire yard to run around and get your wiggles out! Harris Park

For the older, more experienced golfers this course, located on half a city block off of 40th and Wayne, is a great way to practice your short game. There are four greens with four possible hole situations (you can move the flag to set up your practice shot.) There are also three tee boxes leading to the greens, for a grand total of 48 hole possibilities! This free course is a great way to spend your afternoon in the heart of our city while sharpening your golf skills.
