10 Reasons Noon Year’s Eve is the Best Way to Welcome 2020!

2020 is fast approaching and what better way to welcome a new DECADE than with the ones you love most – the whole family! Plus, it’s a great way to burn some energy as you enter week two of holiday break. Here are 10 reasons we think you should celebrate with us with a little spin on some resolutions! VIP guests receive:

10. Capturing Memories

Our friends and title sponsors, Overland Park Regional Medical Center and CareNow will make this a morning to remember all year long as the children are invited to create their very own “Remember to be Thankful” mobile to hang in their room. Take a spin on the CareNow activity wheel to get those wiggles out and win great prizes too. Pre-party hint: You might want to practice your “flossing” dance skills! You’ll also receive a New Year’s Eve branded hat just in time to ring in the Noon Year with us!

9. Take Good Care of You

Join REX, the famous toothbrushing puppet to practice best brushing skills for happy smiles and take home your very own balloon art, compliments of Jenkins & LeBlanc Dentistry for Children.

8. All Things in Moderation

Come hungry to the party because Pinstripes is serving up a delicious buffet of both adult and kid friendly eats with stations set-up all throughout the event. Be sure to save room dessert at their New Year themed cookie decorating station. Meet us on the dance floor just before noon for our balloon drop and traditional milk and cookies toast hosted by Shatto Milk Company and Decadent: A Coffee & Dessert Bar. For parents, you’ll find a cash bar with all your favorite schools out drinks.

6. Giving Back

Start your new year with Urban Air to create Kindness and Service Contracts for 2020. You’ll have a chance to reach your family give back goals on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020, from 9 a.m. to noon at our Kids Helping Kids event co-hosted by Tony Temple of Temple Made Fitness at Homefield Gym in Olathe, KS. Our events are designed BY Moms FOR Moms and we know how important it is to instill values such as service and kindness in our children. Be sure to stop by and learn about all the excitement we have planned for this new event!

5. Lead a Colorful Life

Thanks to our friends of Goldfish Swim School in Overland Park, you’ll get to pop some color onto the 2020 coloring mural with the help of special guest, Bubbles, himself.

4. Smile and Say Cheese

We guarantee you’ll start 2020 off right with great family memories if you party with us. Be sure to capture the smiles with Fry Orthodontics as they preserve your memories of the day at the New Year photo booth. You’ll also want to snap a picture as you travel by horse and carriage around Prairiefire – always a guest favorite!

3. Make a Wish

Statistics show people who write down their goals have over an 80% higher success rate of achieving them. We’re happy to take that challenge with you along with Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool to share our hopes and dreams for 2020 on their Wishing Wall. Last year’s top wish: SLEEP!

2. Spend Time Doing Something You Love

Let your imagination soar with Play-Well TEKnologies as we create a brand, new Lego city together! With thousands of Lego bricks at your disposal, build a house or a playground – anything you would imagine to be in a city and we will add it to the city and watch it grow!

1. Pick Something New to Learn

Team up with Code Ninjas and their kamagamis (little robots) the kids can control with a tablet.  You’ll learn all about their upcoming Jr program launching after the new year for kids ages 5-7 and each child will create their own ninja headband! Keep up the momentum with Museum at Prairiefire with their Fossil Prize Wheel of Fortune, sensory tables and sun-Earth orbit craft.

We can’t wait to ring in a new decade with you and your family. For first chance at bowling and a family swag bag, purchase VIP tickets. Limited quantities available to ensure the best experience so get them before they sell out!
