What are the care settings?
We provide you with guidance to find the appropriate access to the care you need, whether it is:

- going to urgent care,
- directing to an ER, or
- completing an on-line virtual health visit, which is new to our system.

What are the common conditions treated through virtual visit?
The virtual providers can treat conditions such as allergies, minor burns, cold & flu, cough, sore throat, sinus issues, bladder infections, rashes & skin conditions, pink eye.
What is the cost?
The cost to use the Care Navigator online triage is free. A virtual visit is $45. But, if the virtual visit provider is unable to treat the patient and has to send them to an alternate care setting, that fee will be reimbursed.
