Take Out Thanksgiving Options in Kansas City

If you aren’t up for making an entire Thanksgiving meal this year, check out some of the many options for take-out meals. Grocery stores, restaurants, and caterers offer full meals (or just the bird or sides) and there are also businesses offering turkeys, hams, and other main dishes. Many require you pick up the meal and re-heat but some are open on Thanksgiving and you can grab your meal hot and ready to serve. Kansas City also has many amazing bakeries offering pies and dinner rolls! Place your order ASAP because many places are capping the number of orders they can take due to limited staff and supplies. Note: Many businesses did not put information about Thanksgiving orders on their website so I’ve linked to their social media posts with all the info.

I'm Julia and I live in Olathe with my husband of 14 years, my 8 and 4 year old daughters, and a sweet old blind pug we call Boopers. I’m a social worker turned SAHM and love Dr. Pepper, thunderstorms, and talking to other adults. I hate coffee, diet culture, and washing dishes. I'll talk your ear off about the best local parks and which restaurants have wronged me by changing their long-standing menu items. I try to walk the line between knowing a lot of stuff and not being a know-it-all. Some days I'm better than others.
